Baby Dedication

In the Dedication of a Child to God, a parent recognizes that a child is from God. The ceremony, even though not an ordinance, is a parent’s declaration of priorities and the acceptance of the sacred responsibility of guidance and protection. The promises made before our congregation display a parent’s intent to live faith in word and example. The congregation, in turn, blesses the parents with support in prayer and lifestyle.
